These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Checkin Book, a cloud-based hotel booking and management platform. By accessing or using Checkin Book, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. About Checkin Book

Checkin Book is a subscription-based (SaaS) platform that helps hotels, guest houses, lodges, and serviced apartments manage bookings, guest check-ins and check-outs, payments, staff operations, and daily reports through a cloud-hosted system.

2. Eligibility

To use Checkin Book, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have the authority to act on behalf of the business you are registering
Provide accurate and complete information during registration

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
You are responsible for all activities carried out under your account
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access

Checkin Book is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Checkin Book operates on a subscription basis (monthly or as stated on the pricing page)
Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once charged
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access

Free trials, if offered, automatically end unless upgraded to a paid plan.

5. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Checkin Book only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

Misuse the platform or attempt to access restricted areas
Interfere with system security or performance
Use the platform to store or transmit illegal or harmful content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Checkin Book
By using the platform, you grant us permission to store and process your data solely to provide the service
We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no system is 100% risk-free

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable and uninterrupted access, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service
Planned maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary downtime

We may update, improve, or modify features to enhance the platform
Some features may change over time as the platform evolves

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

You breach these Terms
You fail to pay subscription fees
You misuse the platform

Upon termination:

Your access will be revoked
Your data may be deleted after a reasonable period
